Hello

I'm a UX Designer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I'm currently pursuing my Master's of Science in User Experience from Arizona State University and working on projects to improve the design of government systems.

My Story

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona. My sport of choice was springboard diving and I was very good. After graduating from college with a BA in Russian languages (and getting 5th Place in NCAA Springboard diving nationals) I worked as a summer camp counselor then translator & customer relationship manager at an accounting company in Russia. Aside from helping customers to navigate Russian bureaucracy, I also helped launch a new product line.

After living in Russia and getting my MBA, I moved to Silicon Valley where I helped to improve two new smart window technologies and a Silicon Valley tour package by adapting the product design and marketing strategy based on studying UX.

During the 2016 Election cycle I became fascinated by the "Scandinavian economic and democratic model," so I moved to Denmark to experience it first-hand. I was most impressed by how efficient and "high-tech" government services were. While learning about Scandinavian life, I worked for a VR/AR Production Studio where I helped modernize their operations by setting up QR code asset tracking software and a booking interface on their website.

Since coming back to America I am dedicated to upgrading US government technology to restore American's faith and enjoyment in government interactions.
